Accommodation The Hostels provide unique living and learning experiences to students who share common interests, especially in studies. The Hostels provide an opportunity for students to practice in personal development strategies. Each resident life brings diverse experiences to the hostel community with maximum chances for receiving higher education. Residents are expected to contribute and respect the choices of their respective hostel community.
International students are guaranteed a place in one of the Academy’s hostels. All Residential halls are attached to the Academy; containing central heating system, electricity, kitchens, attached bathroom & toilets, running hot & cold water. The rooms are equipped with chairs, study table, wardrobes, beds, bed linen & pillow. Bed linen is changed twice a month Free of charge. All halls have twenty-four hour security guards.
The Academy offers a variety of housing options. Students have the choice of selecting a single, double, double-as-single, and triple, each with a different price structure to suit an individual. Room preference selections are subject to availability. Efforts are made to make hostels environment to be non-smoking. Each hostel is staffed by at least one Resident Adviser, whose job is to integrate intellectual, residential approaches to community management, and to assist students with personal and academic concerns. A collaborative approach with residents to help each other, overcome challenge in their new environment.

Experience shows that to live in Russia modestly costs a foreign student between USD 80 and 190 per month.
Hostels offer hot meals at subsidized prices. There are plenty of cafes, pubs where you can eat cheaply and well. But the cheapest and most pleasant way to eat is to do your own cooking, perhaps together with roommates. Russian supermarkets carry large varieties of international products.
The Russian cities offer various transport facilities. Luxury & Non luxury buses, Trolley Busses, Tramcars, Taxi are main transport systems available 24 hours a day covering the city limits. During the 1st year of studies most of practical skills and lectures will be held at the Academy premises. Since the Academy is situated at the center of the city and student’s hostels are attached to the Academy, all necessary Supermarkets, banks, shopping complexes are surrounded for students to feel free without traveling. 2nd year onwards-medical program will increase its practical skills outside the Academy’s premises. However all teaching hospitals to which Academy is affiliated are nearby with the furthest being approx. 30 minutes away. “Season Tickets” are available for students for less than 5 $ monthly, covering all options of transport except taxi service.
Plans for off-campus stay, any student must be approved by their colleges. Estimated monthly chargers for private apartments for a month is 80 to 100 USD for one bedroom apartment and 200 to 240 USD for two bedrooms.
Student’s Health
Health and safety of your child during his/her study abroad experience will depend on the choices and precautions taken prior to, during, and following his/her time overseas. Before your child's departure, make sure that he/she is in good health, has received any immunizations that are required and has learned as much as possible about the health and safety conditions.
Health Insurance Policy is compulsory for Foreign students, and covers all the expenses for health services.
Social Life
Student organizations are many and varied, representing the broad interests of the student body. These student organizations sponsor social events, lectures, and community outing projects. Other groups have formed to organize music, literature, art, film, and athletic interests.
The Academy provides a springboard for sportsmen with outstanding sporting facilities. Russian Universities provides a sports complex, including gymnasium, In-door football, badminton, tennis, volleyball, athletic stadiums etc., which are attached to the Academy premises.
Different social and cultural events are organized for foreign students to make their experience in studying at the Academy fair and enjoyable as possible.
The Faculty’s staff encourages academic, national, religious and other interests of students. National & International associations of students are organized, to unite fellows.
Tutoring and Guidance
Well trained and friendly University staff of the International Students Department advice, support and counseling on all aspects of student’s life. They assist with foreign students with adaptation to the learning environment and consult on the academic issues with relative formalities. International students benefit from learning in small size groups with total number of students to be less than 12. Group Tutor is responsible to look after students on academic progress guide & advice students in case of any personal problem to arrange meetings at regular intervals during the year to tackle any problem that students face.
